Once your payment has been processed, you will be re-directed to a screen which contains links to download the Tvwalks videoguide. It is possible to download the guides once within 7 days after purchase in the 'My account' section of the tvwalks.com site. If for any reason your download fails, please contact us and we will investigate.

The video ipod files in mp4 format are up to 125 mb in size. Download times depend on the speed of your internet connection but with a reasonably fast connection a 10-15min download time is likely.

We aim to process your order immediately. We will use our reasonable endeavours to ensure this but we cannot accept any liability for delays which are due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Simply download the video ipod guide file to your PC, transfer the file to iTunes, and then load it onto your video iPod. The video is in 16:9 format which means it will play in ‘letterbox’ format with black lines above and below the picture.
Even if you don't have a suitable mobile video device, you can still download the guides to your PC and watch them whenever you like. The video iPod file will play on Quick Time.

Once you have placed an order for a DVD we will send you confirmation by email acknowledging that we have received your order. However, no contract exists between you and Bonza TV ltd for the sale of any goods until Bonza TV ltd takes payment for your order. At this point there is a binding legal contract between you and Bonza TV ltd subject to your right of cancellation (see below).

We aim to process your order within two working days. We use Royal Mail in the UK. Please see checkout pages for details of cost and delivery options. International orders will be despatched by airmail.

Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you have registered. We cannot be held responsible if this delivery address is incorrect. If you wish to change the delivery address prior to submitting your order you may do so by entering the new details. The goods may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the country of delivery. Any such additional charges levied for customs clearance must be borne by you. You are responsible for these charges and for complying with all laws and regulations of the national Customs Authorities. You acknowledge that we have no control over any additional charges for customs clearance and cannot predict what these may be at any time in the future. Orders may be opened and inspected by Customs Authorities in your country on arrival there.

No right of cancellation exists under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 for downloaded goods, electronic or “softcopy” goods to which you, the purchaser has instant access to or use of.

Refunds will be given for any goods where they are found by us to be defective.

Refunds will not be given where we are unable to replicate the issue or the issue stems from the user or their equipment. Where any goods are found to be defective we will offer a replacement item or issue a full refund at our discretion. Where a refund is offered and accepted by you it will be made within seven working days of receiving your acceptance of a refund.

Unwanted goods – Cooling off Period

All contracts between Bonza TV ltd and the consumer are governed by the Distance Selling Regulations. These regulations are in place to offer protection to consumers who purchase goods on the internet and other mail order type transactions.

Within these regulations, the consumer has the right to a 'cooling off period' of 7 working days beginning on the day after the day that delivery of the goods takes place. The cooling off period is there to allow consumers to change their mind after they have received and seen the goods. Please note, the cooling off period will not apply in cases where the goods have been used or are not in as new condition (ie, are not in exactly the same condition as they were when received).

If you change your mind about a purchase you have made within the cooling off period, you are entitled to return any unused goods to Bonza TV ltd for a full refund of any monies paid.
